followed by the District 5790 Leadership Dinner at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at DFW Airport

Keeping with this years theme of Rotary Making a Difference, this year we will be celebrating Rotary's making a difference throughout the world. In particular, that done by our 71 clubs throughout District 5790 both in our communities and beyond our borders.
We be highlighting our clubs accomplishments in 2017-2018, we are having a dinner on Friday that highlights 5 countries (including the exchange students that we have from those countries). Again this year we will be recognizing first responders and those that serve in our armed forces.
On Sunday DGE Gerald to provide the attendees an overview for his vision and goals for District 5790 in 2018-2019.
To encourage attendance from throughout all corners of the district, we will keep the cost to an absolute minimum. we are in seeking event Sponsors. Several sponsorship's totaling $20,000 to help us meet our goal of minimal member registration cost. We are actively seeking sponsors at various sponsor levels to sponsor various events during the conference. The committee has not established pricing for the sponsor opportunities but each will include special recognition prior to and during the District Conference. The major event sponsors will be recognized on our website and in publicity used to promote the event. This year, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Arlington, District 5790 is starting its All Clubs Celebration with a Golf Tournament hosted by the RC of Arlington at the Tierra Verde Golf Club at 7005 Golf Club Drive in Arlington.

Our Fellowship Breakfast will have an amazing opportunity to do a "hands-on" service project during breakfast. We will be partnering Rise Against Hunger with their Pack-a-Meal Program. When you join us for breakfast, you can choose to eat first and then join the group of Rotary Pack-a-Meal volunteers on the assembly-line packaging of highly nutritious dehydrated meals comprised of rice, soy, vegetables, and 23 essential vitamins and minerals. Or, you can eat first and join the assembly line after you have finished breakfast.
