IPads  for RJ Wilson Elementary
Rotary Club of Fort Worth – South

As a part of our ongoing relationship with the RJ Wilson Elementary School in the Fort Worth Independent School District the Rotary Club of Fort Worth – South provided 25 refurbished iPad 2’s for use in the school’s instructional programs.
A MacBook Pro was also provided.

This project was partially funded through the District 5790 matching grant program.

The iPads are used for the math and reading program.  The iPads are charged and programmed using a charging cart that will hold all 25 tablets.

The students are able to work individually and are monitored by the Teacher using the MacBook.  The  Principle  of the school has indicated that they have been able to see measurable progress in student advancement for students participating in the program.
