We are a People of Action.

Generally speaking, Rotary club members do a great job of making non-Rotarian guests feel welcome when they attend our meetings. But, what happens when those guests leave? Do you record the guests name and contact information? If you do, does someone follow-up with that guest? What is your clubs procedure?
Rotary clubs that actively follow-up with the guests that attend their meetings generally have a higher probability of having that guest return again. Whether that follow-up is a phone call from the president or membership committee, an e-mail or letter thanking them for coming, sometimes that is all it takes for a person to realize that being a Rotary member is something they would like.
District Governor, Chris McLucas will help your clubs do even one better. He will personally sign and send a letter from the District Governor's desk to every one of your clubs guests. All clubs have to do is send the following address his office the contact information:

All guest information needs to be send to Gale.Vavrus@psstitle.com and to DistirctGovernor1718@yahoo.com

Ideally, every one of our 3000+ district Rotary members should be bringing at least one guest to one of their meetings throughout the year. That's 3000 letters.
Next May, when we see DG Chris wearing one of these, we will know it has been a very good membership year.
