We have 40 clubs participating this year.
We have had a nice increase in total clubs participating as compared to last year.
Traditionally the District contest is held during District conference which prior to the pandemic was in May. This year the District conference is at the end of June which is not a good time for high school seniors, in particular, but most high school students in general. So we are now working on an alternative date in May and a venue for this contest.
Regional Contests will be held on the following Saturdays:
March 26th
April 2nd
April 9th
Locations and times are evolving but will be announced shortly.
Cash prizes for the contest will be offered and the amounts will be posted on the District website once we know if we have fees associated with any of the venues where we hold the Regional/District contests.
Judges:
Even if your club is not participating, we always have need of judges. If you or any of your club members are interested in being judges, please e-mail or call me.
