District 5790 will not be sending any students on exchanges at this time nor for the Rotary year beginning July 1, 2021.
The planning committee feels that there is still too much uncertainty as to what countries will be accepting students and what requirements they will have. Not only that, but there s uncertainty as to whether the US will be issuing visas for any students coming to the USA for an Exchange. Rotary has suspended all Exchange activities until July 1, 2021 and the Board will review again in April and June of 2021. The planning committee is regrouping to plan for restarting the program in 2022-23, which means District 5790 will begin looking for students in the fall of 2021.
