THE FOUR-WAY TEST SPEECH CONTEST
 
This year 38 Clubs are participating in the Four-Way Test Speech Contest, with high school students from more than 60 high schools, home schools, or other organizations.  Two Clubs have held a contest this year for the first time.
 
Once again there will be three Regional Contests, all to be held in April. 
 
The first will be held April 9 at the North Side Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 910 N. Main St., Weatherford.  Clubs participating are Abilene, Abilene Southwest, Azle, Breckenridge, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw, Graham, Iowa Park, Kennedale, Mineral Wells, Weatherford, and all Wichita Falls Clubs.
The second will be held April 23 at the Texas Star Golf Course & Convention Center, 1400 Texas Star Parkway, Euless.  Participating Clubs are all Arlington Clubs, Burleson Mid-Day, Cleburne, HEB, Mid-Cities Pacesetters, Mansfield Sunrise, and Western Fort Worth.
The final Regional contest will be held April 30 at the Christian Community Acton Center, TMS Annex Building, 120 S. Mill St., Lewisville. Participating Clubs are Denton, Flower Mound, all Fort Worth Clubs except Western Fort Worth, Grapevine, Keller, Metroport, two high schools from Lewisville Morning, and Lewisville Noon.
 
 
 
The top two speakers from each of the three Regionals will progress to the District Four-Way Test Speech Contest.  All contestants have very relevant talks that are delivered with outstanding ability.  They are well worth the time to hear.
