Each year, one of the most coveted awards for a club and club president is the attainment of the Rotary International Presidential Citation.  This year the Presidential Citation was stringent requiring a club to meet both a membership and Foundation giving goal.

The Foundation giving goal included two components: 100% member participation in Contributions to the Annual Programs Fund, and have a net gain in membership of one member, and $100 per capita in Annual Fund Contributions.

The membership goal was that club met a minimum net increase of 1 member and retained 85% of their members.  Additionally, the increase needed to include two of these four categories:  women, younger professionals, RI alumni or diversity.

We have 64 clubs in our district, and it is an honor for me to recognize the following clubs for meeting the Rotary International Presidential Citation:
