Calling all club Vocational Service  Chairpersons and members.. This year the district is encouraging clubs to engage their members in a Vocations at Work initiative that includes career days, mentoring and recognition of local business folks. Also we are encouraging clubs to recognize vocational excellence in their communities in particular first responders and teachers. Club members will be encouraged to join Rotary Action Groups where they will have the opportunity to use their professional expertise in projects well beyond those their club might perform. And, of course we are anticipating continued growth of the 4 Way Test Speech Contest.

This is the 100th anniversary of TRF, and clubs are encouraged to participate in some special goals honoring that milestone.

This session is an annual training requirement for all clubs intending to submit for a Global Grant or a District Grant during the coming Rotary year. It is extremely important the club executives understand all the online grant submission and reporting requirements of The Rotary Foundation.

Rotary clubs throughout the district are always looking for fresh and innovative ways to raise money for TRF and their own club community projects. While some fund raisers can raise a lot of money, they also can require a lot of resources both in terms of cash, volunteers and the capacity of the supporting community that you are inviting. The fund raisers you choose need to fit your club, the culture of its members and the culture of the community you are asking to support your effort. So, what are the best practices for fund raisers?

So, have you ever wondered what happens to all the Interact and Rotaract students when the are done with their studies? Well hopefully, they will be Rotarians some day. Yet, as with many other things in life, somehow we loose track of these young people that have a Service Above Self attitude at an early age. The purpose of this session is to explore how clubs can recruit and engage the young professionals that have participated in not only Interact & Rotaract but the Rotary Community Corps as well.

So what is all the buzz about Public Image? Why did Rotary change it's brand? What difference does it make and why should clubs care? Lisa will be discussing the primary reasons district Rotary Clubs need to embrace effective and consistent Public Image practices that include use of the new branding materials and all the available tools that are available on the Rotary. org website to assist clubs with the Public Image efforts.
