The IFL training weekend was one of the brightest spots in my 3 years in Rotary. Just the fact that my club had me in mind to participate in such a leadership seminar is an honor itself.

I was recently asked by a new incoming club president my thoughts on growing a dynamic club. My answer was to look at the club as a building with four pillars that provided the strength of a good foundation for long-term success.
Your Rotary Club is focused on making a positive difference in your community as well as around the world. You know that if you Club had more money you could mount or improve a project that is really needed.
